  • The morning sun shown through the maple leaves gving them a distinctive glow. I focused in on a single leaf to see if I could capture the translucent pattern. It was late in the season and not many leaves were left on tress so I felt fortunate to find this brillant one shinning brillantly.

  • I almost stepped on this leaf as I was walking up from the water's edge. The frost across the leaf creates an interesting design and indicates that fall is about over

  • The willows and sky reflected brillantly in the still waters of Green Lake. A few light ripples created some texture to the reflection.

  • The red leaves against the yellow and green background really jumped out at me as I walked by. I had to see if I could capture the wonder of these leaves in the still morning air.

  • The fog drifted across the water on Green Lake creating a tranquill atmosphere to the early morning. The reflections were partially visible through the mist. It was fun to sit a while and watch the mist gradually drift away.

  • The morning fog had formed ice crystals along the grain of the planks on the dock. I was fascinated by the design it formed and how the early morning light made the crystals glow. I looked for an appealing design.
